Refund policy

You can cancel your order at any time for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with consumer protection rights. Only unused items in the original packaging can be returned for a full refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item for the same item, please email us at and send the item to: Binnenhavenweg 5, 8211AA, Lelystad, The Netherlands. 

You pay the shipping costs for returning the item yourself. The shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you're shipping an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If  approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be deposited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
